Who are we?

Generation Positive (G+) is an independent, non-profit international organization committed to fostering peace and social development through the empowerment of young leaders in post-war and conflict-affected regions.

Founded in 2014, G+ initially focused on empowering Afghan youth to cultivate a new, positive identity for Afghanistan centered on volunteerism, peacebuilding, education, and social progress.

Headquartered in the United Kingdom, G+ now operates globally, supporting war-torn and post-war communities with initiatives that equip youth with the skills and opportunities necessary to drive sustainable peace and positive social change.

With over 100,000 active members across 20 countries and a robust network of emerging leaders, experts, and professionals, G+ remains deeply committed to promoting peace and rebuilding conflict-affected societies.

Our mission is to identify, mobilize, and nurture young leaders by providing access to quality education, capacity building, and facilitating collaborative work toward a shared vision. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to empower youth to implement impactful initiatives that drive global positive change.

We believe that equipping youth with essential skills and knowledge empowers them to build and sustain global peace, work collaboratively towards a shared vision, and create a positive impact in their societies.
Understanding the rapidly changing means of communication today, G+ is currently working to incorporate AI and modern technologies to expand its reach to millions of youths around the world.
