The first phase of the Afghanistan Vision Forum – 2030, part of a 10-part series of structured and comprehensive roundtables, dialogues, and storytelling events, will begin with the 1st Hybrid Dialogue Forum, taking place in Bonn, Germany.
In light of the past and recent failures in state-building, national unity, and the lack of initiative, Afghan leaders, experts and professionals now recognize the urgency of the moment. We need to talk, because there’s no time to waste.
People are starving, human rights are non-existent, and millions are fleeing the country. Afghanistan is being poured and overrun by international and regional extremists, with thousands of young Afghans being trained in more than 21,000 madrassas across the country and getting recruited by radical groups and foreign interests.
The forum aims to develop a practical, actionable plan to build a sustainable, democratic, and developing Afghanistan, with a strong commitment to implementing the proposed strategies. This plan will seek approval from both the Afghan people and the international community.
Through transparency, shared expertise, and renewed determination, Afghanistan’s vision for 2030 will come true, allowing the country to become a valuable member of the international community and restore the dignity and beauty of Afghan culture and its people.
