Generation Positive (G+) is an independent, non-profit international organization committed to fostering peace and social development through the empowerment of young leaders in post-war and conflict-affected regions.
Founded in 2014, G+ initially focused on empowering Afghan youth to cultivate a new, positive identity for Afghanistan centered on volunteerism, peacebuilding, education, and social progress. Todat, Headquartered in the UK, G+ remains strong in its commitment to rebuilding and supporting post-war communities worldwide.
We have over 100,000 active registered members across 20 countries that include young leaders, experts, and professionals.
Our advisory panel consists of brilliant individuals with extensive background in politics, non-profit and CSOs, military, higher education, private sector, and civil society.
We believe that equipping youth with essential skills and knowledge empowers them to build and sustain global peace, work collaboratively towards a shared vision, and create a positive impact in their societies.
Understanding the rapidly changing means of communication today, G+ is currently working to incorporate AI and modern technologies to expand its reach to millions of youths around the world.

Our Mission
Our mission is to identify, mobilize, and nurture young leaders by providing access to quality education, capacity building, and facilitating collaborative work toward a shared vision. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to empower youth to implement impactful initiatives that drive global positive change.
Our Objectives:
- Provide credible platforms for experts and young leaders to discuss policies, strategies, and practical implementation plans, enabling them to form alliances and address the challenges in their society effectively.
- Ensure access to quality education for all in post-conflict and war-torn communities, enabling them to acquire essential skills and knowledge.
- Engage youth in peacebuilding activities and initiatives that promote reconciliation, understanding, and non-violence, contributing to global peace.
- Cultivate a culture of volunteerism among young leaders, professionals, and experts, encouraging them to contribute to their communities and support social development projects.
- Provide leadership and management training and capacity-building programs to empower youth to become responsible, transparent, and just leaders in their communities.
- Implement programs that address key global issues, such as poverty, health, and gender equality, to improve the overall well-being of communities.
- Encourage active participation of young leaders, professionals, and experts in decisionmaking processes at local, national, and international levels.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with international organizations, governments, and civil society groups to strengthen global efforts in peacebuilding and youth empowerment.
- Conduct awareness campaigns to highlight the challenges faced by youth in post-conflict and war-torn areas, advocating for their rights and needs on a global stage.
- Foster dialogue and storytelling initiatives to shape narratives that promote understanding, inclusivity, and liberty.
- Enhance communication and networking opportunities for young leaders, professionals, and experts to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices and form alliances.
